 It seems that most top models from all over the world correspond
to the particular stereotype and life style when their biography is examined.
Supermodels are mainly too ambitious women with some delusions of grandeur, though.
They aspire to exploit all their beauty and grace gifted by nature, youth when
they are fifteen to twenty and the diligence to earn as much money as possible
to become the idol for the weaker sex and the object of desire from the
stronger sex.
After numerous affairs with various celebrities a
billionaire is a good option for the husband-to-be. A politician is a good alternative.
And we are astonished to find out that one of the most beautiful supermodels of
the century Adriana Lima does not follow this scheme.
Adriana Francesca Lima was born on June 12, 1981 in Salvador, the town
in Brazil, to the family of social workers Nelson Torres and Graca. She
inherited the temper and was brought up a modest shy girl centered on the
school and religion – her family is the perfect example of true Catholics and
Adriana attended the school at the monastery when a little girl. She was also
inspired with the idea to give a hand to the poor and homeless.
Her family traditions and her up-bringing never assumed the noisy
and outrage private life.
Adriana never dreamed of being a model and she got engaged
in model business when at the age of 13 she was met by the representative of Ford
Models in one of the molls who invited the young lady to casting. The unusual beady
of Adriana (committed by Portuguese, French, Indians and aborigines from the
Caribbean Islands) served her a good deal and she was invited to participate at
the national model contest arranged by the agency where she had the winning
place.
In 2006 she finished first place in Ford's «Supermodel of
Brazil» at the similar contest but at the international level.
She exerted the attention of the authorities in the model
business and in 1998 Lima was invited to work for the Elite agency in New York.
The invitation appeared to be the fortune in the life of a
beautiful girl who took her first flight to New York by this occasion and she
challenged the fairy chance to ensure financially stable future life for her
and her family.
A young beauty was assessed in America quickly and in the
soonest time she was shot as the cover girl such reputed glossy magazines as Vogue
and Marie Claire.
However, the breakthrough made by Adriana to the top of the
model business was her triumphal participation as the Victoria’s Secret’s model.

The manner of talking and her behavior are too far from what
we are accustomed and she lives her life differently than the models of her
rank and profit. She ignores glamorous routs and parties since she does not feel
like communicating with insincere people who are in abundance there. She prefers
reading in the calm and quiet place, instead. She was never involved in
scandals regarding alcohol or drugs typical to supermodels of the world level.
She was never engaged in affairs with doubtful persons. She has been
romantically related to the musician and singer Lenny Kravitz and Prince
Wenzeslaus of Liechtenstein, Hans-Adam II. Adriana is quite serious about romantic
relations and she is ready for the official marriage to build the strong and
loving family.
On June 12 2008 she engaged to the Serbian basketball player
Marko Jarić playing for NBA and On Valentine's Day 2009 she married to him. In May
she announced of her pregnancy and in November she gave birth to Valentina, a
baby girl. Adriana is sure to stop her daughter to get involved in the model
business.
