It concerns the so-called Liberia or the library belonging to the Russian tsar Ivan Vasilyevich aka Ivan the Terrible which disappeared mystically.

Vanessa-Mae is a special person to find her own particular niche in the world show-business.  The followers of classic violin music who take care of the implicit adherence to the centuries-old traditions of composition performance playing the violin treat the techno-electronic experiments by Vanessa-Mae with some skepticism. On the other and, the typical pop-music players and the music aimed at commercial success are also difficult to perceive and accept the English lady of Chinese and Thai origin. Yet, the violin and show biz do not actually contradict but they are not compatible at all. And Vanessa is aside from the basic sow biz figures though she is one of the musicians acknowledged at the world level.

Dita von Teese: retro style scandal lady

Sunday, 28 June 2009

Dita von TeeseDita von Teese is a scandal reputed beauty lady whose face and shapely figure provoke delight of men and envy among women. Dita's ability to look like a porcelain doll no matter when or where is all her attractiveness. She always looks so glamourous. Her complexion of XIX century beauty evoke thoughs of adherence to nobles. Her shapely legs and fragile hands of the model, magic look from under the long and curvy eye-lashes and magic half-smile is all Dita von Teese. Apart from the aristocratic pale complexion, she has long and delicate fingers to obviously hint about her musical abilities, and yet, her name resembles the ancient Deutsch upper class roots.

Nevertheless, this world-known supermodel has nothing to do with the upper class at all, letting alone piano and ancient genealogy.  She gained the scandal reputation as a striptease performer, like it or not. She is the best in this area. Born Heather Sweet on September 28, 1972, in Rochester, Michigan, Dita Von Teese was a performer right from the start. Her mother was a manicurist and her father was an engine driver.  A little Heather dreamed of the life without nails and any technique. She started her ballet classes when she was four, and at the age of 13 she leaded the ballet troupe. The popular dancer and pin-up model trained to be a ballerina for a couple more years, but when she was fifteen she started working as a salesgirl in a lingerie store.

She was obsessed with fashion. While working at a lingerie store, she fell in love with all the fancy accoutrements a woman could wear. Then and there, an erotic entertainer was born. She knew right away that if fate would allow her to flourish as a model, she would do things her own way. This maxim has remained with her until the present day and still holds true. At the age of 18 she began her career in a local strip club called Captain Cream.

Unlike other strip-girls, Heather Sweet looked just stunning. All the ladies preferred cowboy boots and a string performing at the stage, while Sweet dressed up in the very different style. Heather wore net stockings and the laced garters which were «a must» altogether with laced long line bra and long gloves (resembling XIX century and aristocratic functions), and hats with veil always complemented her image at the stage.

It is widely known that the total nakedness is less effective and affects men less than getting nude gradually or revealing only some part of the body. Heather knew that as well and she played tricks with that, and her stage name told her intentions. She liked the name Dita from the film noir of 20' of the previous century, while the last name just meant to tease. Dita is teasing or teasing Dita, and her stage name became the real name for Heather Sweet, a girl of the people who so elegantly built the image of the noble woman of the past century.

Dita von Teese performed in various strip-clubs showing her beautiful and sexual show in the whole world. She did some modeling, over-the-top erotic shows and she was ready to emerge. She advertised women's underwear and inspired the designers of trendy women's wear.

She is reported that she is famous for just exisitng not for what she does.  Dita von Teese is the phenomenon that does not need to take any actions but be exposed to the wide public, and she is really accessible.

It is interesting but no one never will find Dita's early pictures in the Internet, like Dita at her 6, or Dita and her puppy, or Dita and her sisters. All the pictures are ceremonial and taken by professional photographs for some magazines or functions.

There is another curious fact, namely Dita's passion for the fashion of past century that she addicted to in her childhood and that she uses till now. And on the top of it, Dita does not chase the fashion but she creates the fashion herself, indeed. She sets trends and now in Paris she is involved in restoring the old Crazy Horse Show. This is the unique military parade when naked young girls in army boots, shakos and sticks pace along the streets. In the times of sporty looks and well-tanned figure, Dita advocated delicate effeminacy and innocent parlor.

From the early childhood Dita fell in love with the glamorous women's wear and the reason why she started ballet classes were those splendid costumes and decadent makeup rather than the art itself.

How come that a manicurist and an engine driver raised a daughter like Dita?

She is supposed to look ugly in her childhood. Perhaps, she was told that she would achieve nothing, that men would not look after her, and that she should be left behind. Her father was the one who provoked such thoughts and ideas in her. As a driver he was supposed to be strict to his daughter.

And this may explain Dita's passion for the fashion wear of XIX-XX centuries, the fashion that her father remembered. And she just wished to prove that she could look as beautiful as models of the past. And fine women's wear is «a must» accessory in this attempt. And Dita liked to reveal this wear at numerous strip-clubs in her past and as a cover girl for many luxury magazines at present.

However, Dita managed to create the ideal of elegant beauty that she managed to bring the atmosphere of magic delicacy, feminine spirit and innocent charm into the rough and practical era of feminism and sexual liberty.
