part in the project to construct the elite real estate «Residence Club».

- Eastern styled rooms with the area of 60 m2;
Premier
Room - rooms with analogous peculiarities but with more comfortable interior
design; Superior Room - rooms with the area of 60 m2, with a large terrace, mini-sitting
room and panorama to the inner year of the hotel and the garden;
One-Bedroom
Suite - rooms with the area of 120
m2, with individual bed-room, sitting-room, living-room
and a balcony with a TV set, DVD player, stereo sound system and CD- player in
the sitting room;
Deluxe One-Bedroom
Suite - Romantic styled rooms with the area of 120 m2, with a TV set, DVD
player, stereo sound system and CD- player;
Family
Suite - rooms with the area of 120-125 m2, consisting of two spacious bedrooms,
living-room with a terrace or a balcony and mini-kitchens;
Deluxe
Family Suite - rooms with the area of 120-125 m2, similar with the
previous rooms but designed for the family;
Tiran Suite
- rooms with the area of 120 m2,
with the view from the window to the Tiran
Island;
Ambassador
Suite - rooms with the area of 120
m2, located on the lower complex levels;
Presidential
Suite - Eastern styled de-luxe room with the area of 375 m2, with a separate
terrace and an exit to the inner yard with the swimming pool;
Royal Suite
- high-class room with the area of 490 m2, with a separate terrace and an inner
yard, a swimming pool, spa and private approach to the beach; there are three
bedrooms in the room, each with a separate bathroom.
Four
Seasons Resort Hotels offer a wide entertainment program to various taste and
