Dracula’s Castle - Brân or Poenari?

Jonathan Harker, the character of Bram Stocker's Dracula, the famous novel about the vampire, first saw Dracula’s castle at night. In the present time the way you look and appear is a key to your success. To win and have good luck, you should look healthy, sound and well-cared. With the purpose to prevent ageing processes, there are more and more rejuvenation technologies are created and used. One of the latest achievements is the face and body lifting with the help of special threads that is as much effective as the surgical lifting.

So, what is tissulift?

Tissulift is the procedure where the threads go through the skin tissues and neighboring tissues making them stronger and preventing deviations. By the depth of lying and technique of fastening all tissue lifting procedures are divided into the following groups:

«golden threads» that lie on the surface in the skin as a net and strengthen the skin shell, without touching the other tissues that keep on losing their shape;
threads lying in the subcutaneous fat that are not able to prevent sagging of soft tissues;
threads lying in the layer of muscles and place of fastening to bones; and thread for the tissulift refers to this group that are able to hold on tissues elastic for quite a long time.

Tissulifting threads

Tissulift threads are the technology of rejuvenation that builds the support of tissues with the help of special threads. Tissulift threads are inserted into the soft tissues of face and body, creating the loop that prevents ptosis of tissues, «spreading» face shape and separate body parts. Provided that tissue lifting is made with preventive purposes on a timely basis, this procedure allows keeps the proportion of face and body for longer time as young as in the youth time, removing small wrinkles, flabbiness and uneven ptosis of face soft tissues.

Threads for tissulift are made from the suture material, as silicone, polyurethane and polypropylene, that do not cause irritation of tissues and that are not resolved there. These threads are safe and tested within many years in the process of various surgical operations where they are widely applied. The thickness of threads for tissulift may be different, depending on the part of body they are used to. Indications and contraindications for tissulift

This lifting procedure is best to do until you are 40, and then the effect will be long-lasting. Though, the lifting is good after you are 4o as well, if your face problems are not so serious, in particular, the procedure will help to:

make the nasolabial fold less visible;
lift up flabby tissue on the cheeks;
change the shape of buttocks due to redistribution of tissues without adding volume to them.
With expressed changes and ptosis of tissues tissulift will not be the best solution, and here only surgery is required.
Contraindication to use threads of tissulift include:
Any acute diseases and exacerbation of chronic diseases;
Skin diseases with lesion of tissues in the place of thread insertion;
Disturbance of blood clotting.

Tissulift Procedure

The lifting is performed in the surgical room under local or general anaesthetization. The kind of anaesthetization is determined by the extent of tissues affected and to be rejuvenated.

Tissulift threads are inserted with the help of needles through small punctures in the skin and are fastened in the depth of the muscular tissue with the special knots. The thread is placed as a loop that retains and lifts the falling and inflexible tissues. Here, the unique individual structure and face oval does not change; it has its initial and natural shape, instead.

After the procedure is performed, the patient is observed by the doctor, if the general anaesthetization is made. Soon after if the patient feels better, s/he is welcome to go home.

After the tissulift is done, the tissue rehabilitate very soon, though for the first several weeks it is better to avoid sharp movements. Thread for the tissulift does not leave scars nor changes pigmentation of the skin. Approximately in eight weeks the connective tissue grows around the threads that strengthens inserted threads and make the new shape of tissues lasting. An ordinary massage procedure may be done to this area in a month, and in two months any other procedures like masks, peelings and others may be applied.

The effect of the procedure lasts for two or more years, and everything depends on the condition of tissues before the procedure and the life style the patient will lead after the tissulift. Pernicious habits like smoking, alcohol abuse, and chronic diseases, and heavy physical and emotional loads, insufficient sleep make the effect of tissue lifting shorter.

Thread for the tissulift creates wonderful perspectives to struggle with ageing, and if it is done regularly, then it is feasible to retain young and cared look for many years.
