 Cellulite appears
to be more than the cosmetic defect that brings under-estimation when going out

Jones instead of thin thongs. «Orange peel» is rather the problem from medical
point of view for this appears not because of fat deposits but caused by quite
different methods than mere diet and physical exercises. And if you have the cellulite

There are
4 stages of cellulite reported.
Cellulite at the first stage is
almost invisible and some slight edema of tissues. At the second stage the
edema looks more solid. The third stage is named micronadular when the orange
peel is strongly seen when you pres onto the tissue. The forth stage,
micronadular, is the most serious stage when cellulite is painful, veins are
strongly squeezed, highly seen bumps appear and the skin gets blue and cool.

Drainage
procedures are supportive when you are in the first and second stage of cellulite
affection. The third stage is the reason to apply intensive massage and
invasive procedures including ozone therapy and mesotherapy to destroy the
fibrous tissues. The fourth stage requires the entire complex of measures to
actively break, reduce and extract fat nodes.
Preparatory
procedures
Ultrasound therapy
is the most painless method to destroy the fibrous tissue and reduce edema.
Ultrasound
massages on the level of cells improving the metabolism. The temperature of the
treated area rises for 1-2 °С which provokes active melting of fat cells. Enzymes are produced,
the function of fibrous layers is activated and fibrous tissue starts breaking
up.
Traditionally
anticellulite massage may be done manually or mechanically. Gels and creams with
anticellulite components are spread to the treated area and massaging movements
of the masseur stimulate the metabolism, improves the blood flow and fat cells
start melting.
Basic procedures
Mesotherapy
is accepted and practiced as the universal cosmetology procedure though ozone therapy
appears to be one of the most effective procedure proved by medical specialists
from all over the world.
Oxygen-and-ozone
mixture inserted under the skin improves microcirculation, makes fat deposits
less resistant and solid making the process of fat extraction easier. Ozone resolves
the fibrous shells around the fat cells that form bumps. This procedure is good
to have few contraindications and is actually painless.
Drainage procedures
Pressotherapy is called pneumomassage or pressomassage.
The procedure actively influences
the lymph system with the compressed air that is fed through the girdle. Wile doing
pressotherapy, make sure that lymph drainage is supplied that results in
excretion of decay products and excess fluid, the edema is significantly
reduced and body size gets less.
Currently there
are lots of procedures using algae masks and wrapping procedures on the base of
sea products called talassotherapy. Now talassotherapy is the procedure when a person
wrapped in algae is placed horizontally into the apparatus. Steam is supplied
from the apparatus making the thermal influence intensive and, thus, the
procedure effective. Algal wrapping makes the skin incredibly smooth; cellulite
bumps and peel are less visible.
Diet, lots
of fluid and physical exercises are good to prevent cellulite and support the
organism at the earlier stages of cellulite.
