rubber glass on dry skin), use three massage movements - straight-line,
circular and zigzag (repeat each 5-6 times), control the vacuum - massage
doesn't have to be painful. Massage each area at least for 5 minutes.

crème, oil or gel. Essential and aromatic oils can be added as well. Cups suck
well to the greased skin, vacuum is created by flame of a cotton pad moistened in
spirit. Moving the cups along the massage area causes improved flow blood and

lasts up to 15-20 minutes. Bruising is a normal skin reaction to cup massage,
