 Notwithstanding
the entire dynamism of the contemporary life, the climate of opinion is unpredictably
unwavering with the abundance of regular information coming every minute from
various sources. Say, the names of the most recognized and popular Russian
billionaires is limited to the names of Abramovich Roman, Berezovskiy Boris,
Prokhorov Mikhail, Usmanov Alisher and that's all known for an ordinary person.
Though, there are more persons who managed to build the fortune in Russia
recently. This is true but they could run away from being discussed and bitched
about by the mass media and tabloids.
As far as today,
a group of such «invisible» people includes Vladislav Doronin, the President of
the Board of Directors of «Capital Group» Company.
Vladislav Yurievich
Doronin was born in 1962 in
Leningrad, now St. Petersburg. And that's all known to the
wide public. We make out little about his life till nineties of the previous century.
More comprehensive, to some extent, Doronin's biography starts from his business
activity, sourcing from the end of eighties, which is common for Russia. That
was the time when a young promising man proceeded dealing in real estate. At first
the activity concerned mainly the transactions with non-prestigious objects,
similar to written off obsolete plant facilities and industrial buildings.
Though, Doronin quickly realized the availability and perspectives of the other
sphere of estate property, in particular office buildings. The business activity
was increasing and gathering pace during the collapse of the Soviet Union, while
the worth of office buildings in Moscow
was perking up uncontrollably. Doronin and his partners, namely Pavel Tyo and Eduard
Bergman, were the first to appreciate the whole promotability of the given movement
and in 1991 they founded the «Capital Group» Company.
All the way
through several years, up to the default period in August 1998, the Company was
dealt exclusively in the construction and vending of business facilities. After
the default phase, in the context of the short-time downturn in business
activity in Russia, «Capital Group» Company proceeded to drawing more thorough concern
in the housing construction projects, and in particular, construction of elite
housing complexes in Moscow and the immediate vicinities of Moscow. Here, Doronin
and his partners kept in mind the business construction also, all the more so
the economic upturn occurred in Russia
and there was a high increase in the demand for office facilities. To the present
days the «Capital Group» Company owns a variety of constructed and profitably
marketed estate properties. Among them are the elite housing complexes «City of
Capitals», «Village of Artists», «Falcon Nest», a network of shopping centers «Metromarket»,
business centers «Capital Plaza», «Pokrovskiy Dvor», «Galaxy Capital», «Northern
City» and «Aerobus». The most efficient and profitable was the «Aerobus» project,
upon the evaluation of experts and «Capital Group» Company with Vladislav Doronin,
respectively, earned approximately 1.5 billions of USD of net earning from the
sale of this complex.
As a result,
the «Capital Group» Company grew one of the primary developer companies, while
Vladislav Doronin became a billionaire. The mass media and tabloids show a
range of figures on his wealth, from one to six billions, though the most
competent authorities state on approximately two billions US dollars. On the top
of it, Doronin is in the top list of the most reliable developers in Russia in accordance
with the survey conducted in business communities.
Nevertheless,
the successful business activity and the solid bank assets possessed by
Vladislav Doronin were not the reason to win the reputation. Finally, the dollar
sums with nine zeros is not a surprise for us. And rare billionaires may boast
on having affair with legendary and top models. And Vladislav Voronin beat to the punch after
he got acquainted with Naomi Campbell during the Cannes Festival in May of the
past year. And since then, the tabloid and scandal sheets grew variegated with
information of the dating of the British top model with the Russian
billionaire. The mass media regularly
announced on the number and cost of luxury presents made by Doronin to his
beloved lady, like the information on the splendid villa in Brazil costing 20 million
US dollars.
Early in the
beginning of this year the mass media announced on their wedding and even they
guessed the approximate date of wedding, as of August 2009. Though, it is then informed,
that formidable obstacles occurred as the official wife to Vladislav Doronin,
Ekaterina, who resides in London
with their 12-year-old daughter. It seems
that the current official wife to Doronin is not fizzing to stand down for his
future wife. Thus, it is a little bit early to talk about the wedding between
the solid-looking billionaire and dark-skinned panther of the fashion runways.
Vladislav Doronin has a very decent look that there was a joke to offer him a
role of regular James Bond, if any.
