 What is the Prince?
What does he look like? Almost 100% percent girls will shout that the real
prince should be tall, with ideal look and possess elegant and noble manners of
a gentleman who is well-educated to be able to cite any love sonnets by
Shakespeare by heart for the appropriate case.
Prince Harry,
one of the heirs of the British throne, does not fall into this category.
Nevertheless, he is a real Prince.
We call him
«Harry» while his full name is Henry Charles Albert David Windsor and he is the
third in the queue for the «throne of England». Harry was born on September
15, 1984 to the family of Prince of Wales Charles and the Princess Diane. He is
the second son to Charles, the first is William. It is obvious that the
principles of bringing-up pf princes are different from what is applied to grow
and bring-up other children, of less royal blood.
Princess
Diane was against the traditional for the royal court «isolated» childhood for
her children and she insisted on education for her sons, William and Harry, to
be gained in the company of their contemporaries but not behind the solid walls
of luxury castles.
It is obvious
that the Windsor kids did not attend the educational
facility located in suburbs of London
for worker class children, though Harry has always been with his friends and
classmates even taught by private teachers and tutors. Harry was first brought up
in Jane Maynor's Kindergarten, and then in the Wetherby primary school and
since 1992 he grasped the knowledge in Landgrove School.
No one doubts
that the year 1997 turned to be the crucial for the life of the boys. The
tragic death of their mother, Lady Diane, could not help influencing the boys
making them get mature ahead of their time. Harry was only 13 when Lady Diane
died and the process of accelerated maturity went in very complicated tones. The
inborn temperament of the Prince played its role with Harry who was hardly
controllable like all other red-haired persons who are known for their explosive
temper and moreover, he hesitated to be guided and ruled at all.
Harry is the
very reverse of his bother William who is just more than appropriate for the
image of the real Prince. The Windsor
junior was famous in his childhood for his liking to play pranks. The elder he becomes
the more disgraceful and loud are the events he is involved in. this is
providing that to the early XXI century much talked-about and ubiquitous
British tabloid failed to follow the life that Harry was leading when everybody
concentrated on William, the most potential throne successor.
William is
the very positive person to meet the demands of the public and paparazzi, so in
the soonest time they quit to watch him and shifted to Harry finding him more
attractive person to discuss. In the meantime, Harry was kind of happy to set
beards wagging with all his affairs and scandals. He was under age when he was accused
of abusing dugs, namely marijuana; or his pictures from night clubbing appear
in mass media, or the persons from his surrounding inform the press that the
number of love messages from the fans that Harry receives is far many that he
has to keep them in two secretaries. Quite some time ago he parted with his
girlfriend and he is free again, girls!
The most scandalous
and outrageous thing Harry has done is when he appeared with the Nazi band over
his hand with the swastika symbol at one of the closed parties in 2005.
If a passive
onlooker reads all the yellow press information about Harry, he can make a reap
picture of him. Well, kind of goof from the royal family who knows that he can
live and require everything he wants and he will receive, who is aware that he
is not punished for his pranks and he lives his life by the principle that he
lives and everything else can go to hell. Nevertheless, the impression you make
out of this information will be incomplete and wrong. Nobody cares of how it is
when you grow up in the shadow of your elder brother without your mom.
Harry is an
original and interesting person. He is the only in his family who is well shaped
since he is keen on polo, and he plays football, rugby and ski from his
childhood times.
What is more,
he acquired the perfect education at the legendary Eton and trained at the Royal Defense
Academy awarded the title
of cornet in 2006.
And, the
foremost thing, that he never quitted the military forces activity. In 2006 he
was specially trained to serve in the army in Iraq. He was sent to Afghanistan,
though, by the decision of the Royal family, in the end of 2007 where he served
for several months as an aviation gunner. And again, for safety reasons, London had to recall Harry
to his motherland due to the information on the imminent terrorist action
towards the Prince.
By the way,
Harry was extremely against coming back to London reasonably objecting that he
would linger at the Windsor castle and provide the paparazzi new reasons for
sensational new. And that he wanted to stay in there with his brothers in arms.
But the decision of the Queen, the grandmother, was not subject to debate.
However,
Harry did not quit coming back to the place of war actions and in the early
2009 he started courses of pilots on the military helicopter, though he failed
to pass his exams in February on theory of the study. We can just guess about
the reason why he failed, whether the weak preparation or the persistent
reluctance to let him go to the war showed by the Royal family.
Now we
perceive that all scandals and tricks by Harry is not the evidence of the
naughty and spoilt person, but the willing of a young man to realize himself as
a soldier, the real member to the Royal family and a real man. And when he is
confronted to do that, he shows that resistance in scandals. So, in March 2009 he
appeared in the disco club with bright nail polish. Though, we are sure that he
will overwhelm his tricks and England
will enjoy its Prince that it deserves.
