Nettle, sardines, hazelnuts, and almonds contain large amounts of calcium. It means that one does not have to drink gallons of milk to get a necessary amount of calcium: one can just have some nuts instead.

Hair loss is often a sign of some internal problem. Poor skin and breaking nails can also be a signal of deteriorating health. Usually a worsened hair condition is a response to the diseases of thyroid, and pancreas, gynecological problems, infections and venereal diseases.
