The women dress code, however, varies by the rank or title held within a company, job profiles, work places, cultures, region and sometimes officials themselves

To win the respect and honor of valued clients and be a brand loyalty to the company, it requires professionalism, competence and dynamic appearance where well-dressed, hair styles, colors, makeup, general office behavior and some accessories play partially an important role nowadays.

Attired with sophisticated and sensible garments is not only necessary to be impress the clients, office boss or office mates but to boost up women personality and feel comfortable and confident as well.

On the other hand, as the professional women have to spend most of the time of a day at work place, so there is no question to wear such dresses getting relaxed and attractive.

Women official guise:

Having a range of style choices, the apparel worn by the employed women varies from casual slacks to pantsuit with a pastel blouse according to their status at the office. But it all depends on how the particular office authority takes the dress code policy.

To be more flexible in traditional office attire, most of the women personnel wear Wool, blend or manufactured fabric skirts, slacks combined with coordinating blouses, tops putting on sweaters, cardigans or contrasting vests. Subsequently they also get into suits, tailored dresses while the silk, knit and cotton blouses, fine-gauze sweaters, quality low-heeled pumps and accessories have a special demand as official wear.   

The women employees who have a lot of contact with clients need to executive dresses consisted of very dressiest, complete with luxurious fabrics and elegant tailoring whereas the women in decision-making positions clothe high-quality pantsuits, silk or cotton blouses, gaudy-gauge cotton or silk shells.

Whatever the dresses (skirts or pants) women wear, the important thing is fitting and tailoring where the accessories, for instance, ladies briefcases, classic handbags, newer clean purses, key fobs are important too serving an employee's career best.

Simple jewelry without fuss or glitter (wearing a bracelet and earrings, or necklace and bracelet, but not all three at the same time) along with tasteful accessories such as watches, bracelets amid impeccable makeup, (choosing subtle colors and avoid to sparkles or flash) hair with clean-cut and carefully styled fit working women in with the professional look.

Similarly, perfectly fit shoes like a moderate heel that is classy and sensible could be worn with nice outfits matching to dress color as they are considered an indicator of taste and breeding whereas stilettos, wedge heels, odd designs or patterns and open toes are not matched with the official dress code.

Attire for interviewee:

As for upcoming job holders, it is always better to dress a little more on the formal and conservative side. It is more flexible, being relative, for women to wear suits in plain, neutral or dark colors (black, navy, brown, gray) where a sweater set and skirt or a dress, rather than a full suit also be considered if the organizations would be less formal, possibly non profit or education. 

The day allows casual:

Considering Friday as a casual day in terms of relaxation, women officials prefer to informal dress like jeans, however they should not be tight, torn, embellished or faded.  As for feeling ease, a good clean pair of dark denim straight leg jeans with a white t-shirt and navy emblem blazer along with a boot or sandal would be perfect garb on that day.

To go with office policy:

In many private workplaces, (like the United States) there may be a longstanding policy or have some legal rights to ask the employees to adhere to official dress code. So keeping in mind, women employees should choose such items that make them modest, keep simple, adapt their look to the prevailing office atmosphere and keep pace with their profession also.
