Fruit baths recipes are extremely diverse; they are as countless as types of fruit. Preparing a fruit bath is simple. All you'll need to do is to prepare a paste of soft fruits and berries such as bananas, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, papaya and add to the warm water poured into the tub. Solid fruits can be mashed into paste, too, added a little milk or olive oil and poured into prepared water.

Orange Bath

Peel off three oranges, dry and grind their peel in a coffee grinder. Add two glasses of fresh orange juice, stir thoroughly. In the end, add a few tablespoons of olive or flaxseed oil. Banana Bath

To prepare this bath at home you'll need a kilogram of bananas. Peel off the bananas; make a paste of their pulp, and add a few tablespoons of olive, sunflower, or tea tree oil. Add the mixture to a warm bath. To achieve the best effect, take the bath after skin peel procedure. When the pores are open, your skin is more receptive to the flavor and tender touch of the banana paste.

Grapefruit Bath

This miraculous bath softens rough skin on your soles, because most commonly it is used for your feet. Add a handful of dry grapefruit peel to your foot bath and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Taking grapefruit bath every day and your feet will soon look well-groomed and delicate. This bath can be taken when you're watching your favorite TV show. Slimming Fruit Bath

Add five tablespoons of baking soda and any fruit paste to a warm bath. If you take this bath daily for a week your lave handles will be less noticeable or disappear altogether! After seven days of regular procedure take a two-day break and repeat the one-week course. Baking soda in a combination with fruit paste helps to achieve an excellent slimming effect. The main thing is to take this bath every day and you won't be disappointed with the results.

Pine and Fruit Bath

The combination of fresh pine extract and fruit scents will help your skin become healthy and radiant. After this procedure, you'll feel like a newborn.

Mix 1 liter of fresh orange or apple juice, 200 ml of hot pine extract and 0.5 liters of milk and pour the obtained mixture into the water. This bath takes 20 minutes. It promotes skin rejuvenation and makes wrinkles less noticeable. It's recommended you take this bath at least once a week.

Fruit baths not only cleanse and moisturize the skin; they are excellent for improving your overall health. They will keep you healthy and cheerful at all times!
