shape your faceChasing to have a shapely figure and become a sweater girl, we often forget about the most important factor, that is our face. No doubt your face plays a great role when creating the entire image to impress others. We tend to more like a good-looking person but with figure far away from ideal shapes than one with parameters of the model but with a dull and dead face. Besides, one always gets perfect results spending long hours at fitness clubs, adhereing to diets, massages and many other tricks, yet it is not feasible to shape the new face. It is likely to happen through the surgical intervention but still many people absolutely reject it. And that's right. And you'd better take a tender care of your face in advance than to go and get a plastic surgery trying to get time back.

It is much talked-about issue that it is impossible to correct your double chin, wrinkles or flabby face skin at home. But in fact it's not like that.

The problems with the face arise when a person reaches a particular age or after one looses weight very fast. And to rehabilitate, you do not need endure super complicated exercises or layer your face with creams. If you follow next simple exercises you will enjoy the results in a few weeks.   

You need to slowly open your mouth as though pronouncing letters «o» to strengthen the neck muscles that deceitfully reveal the age of a woman.  First pull out your lips, and then open them widely. Repeat the exercise 5 to 10 times and as a result, you will see as your «lower» face lifted.

As you know, eyes express your inner thoughts. And so much it is a pity when your beautiful eyes are seen once in the frame of ugly wrinkles. And what is the way out? Just have your eye muscles relaxed. To do this, keep your head straight and roll your eyes clockwise first, then counterclockwise. As well as the previous exercise, do it 5 to 10 times.

You can lift your chin in the following way. Clench your teeth and toss back your head as far as possible. Did it? Well done! Now with some effort push your shoulders down, and then pull your lower lip off toward and move your lower jaw up and down. Then throw your head back and staring at the ceiling, try to see the floor from behind you. You'd better do this exercise when your head is at the headboard. Repeat this exercise several times and your neck and chin muscles will stay elastic for many years.

If you want to get rid of folds and wrinkles on your forehead, you should do one very simple exercise every day for several times. Press the skin of your forehead by both hands at the scalp line, close your eyes and keep them shut for 6 seconds. Then look at side to side but keeping the eye lids quiet.  

To keep the twist of your brows always young, press tightly the skin of the superciliary arches with your index fingers. Your brows should be at the top then. Fix and keep them for six seconds and then repeat this exercise for several times.

To avoid flabby upper eyelids, you should regularly do the following. Press the skin under brows with your finger pads of both hands. Lift your brows for half a centimeter at the edge of the frontal bone and tightly press your fingers to the skin. Tightly shut your eyes and keep in this position for six seconds. Just relax after that. And repeat this exercise several times a day.

You do want your cheeks stay attractive for many years, do you? And to achieve this you should regularly train their muscles as well. To do this, 2 to 3 times a day stretch the lip corners to the right and left sides, and then up within six seconds. And please remember that muscles of your cheeks are relaxed not tensed.

Double chin is the nightmare for many ladies, you know. Third in the rank after the cellulite and excess weight this drawback provokes only sad emotions with softer sex irrespective of the age. And to avoid double chin by time, take care of your neck muscles. If the problem still exists, do not worry. Several months of trainings and your chin will get the same as before.

First of all, you should try to «write» in the air holding a pencil by teeth. Start with 10 letters, then come with twenty, and then the whole alphabet. Write as «accurately» as possible since the harder you work the more elastic are your muscles.

Second, turn your head side to side. That reduces salt in the cervical spine and besides, it is a good exercise for muscles. Also you may supplement the exercise with a light massage, as taking a shower massage your skin making circles round the chin.

On the whole, there is a variety of exercises that are easy to do; they make you younger and you can train your muscles that are never involved in the exercises in the training room.  And moreover, these are the simplest and the most accessible. And you should remember that our beauty and youth is not that fragile and subject to time, we are all who can do with it!
